This is an album of conceptual electronic music released under the name Future Light Cones.

I made it very quickly in opposition to my usual process. The ideas were captured as they arrived with no prior arrangement or plan. The tracks were performed straight into the computer with no post-production other than mastering.

I think you can hear that spontaneous excitement in the music.

This has been a fascinating exercise in seeing just how little can be used to create something compelling.

I enjoyed this way of working and I love the result. I hope you do too.
